Raymond T. Blunk, MBA, CFS, RFC

Mr. Blunk is a former adjunct professor of Marian College (Indianapolis) and Indiana University-Purdue University in Indianapolis (IUPUI) and is the president of The Blunk Financial Group Mr. Blunk is a member of the National Management Association. He obtained a BS in Business Administration from Xavier University (OHIO) in 1968.
Mr. Blunk has been licensed in Life, Health, and Property-Casualty Insurance since 1969. He also is an Investment Advisor Representative and Registered Representative of Royal Alliance Associates, Inc., and has successfully passed the Series 7 securities examination. He is a member of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors (NAIFA), The International Association of Financial Planners, The International Society of Pre-Retirement Planning, The National Association of Charitable Estate Counselors, and a member of the National Association of Endowments. In January 1994, Mr. Blunk was appointed to the IAFP Client Referral Program for the Indianapolis area.
Upon graduation from Xavier, Mr. Blunk played professional football with the Miami Dolphins in 1969 and 1970. He also played in the Canadian Football League from 1971-1974. He is actively involved in the Junior Olympics and his basketball team placed 12th nationally in 1989. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Greater Indianapolis YMCA and the Carmel Dad’s Club. He is currently a member of the Bridgewater Golf Club.
Mr. Blunk has 4 children, 10 grandchildren, and two dogs (Murphya nd Max). He currently resides in Carmel, Indiana where he enjoys golf, traveling, watching his grandchildren compete in sports, and cheering on the Butler Bulldogs, Xavier Muskateers, Indiana Hoosiers, Indianapolis Colts, Indiana Pacers, and Cincinnati Reds.
